Hallway to Foyer

I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the hall prior to construction, but I did not. So, take my word for it, there once was a closet that made our entry way very tight; until.....

I finally convinced my husband to tear the closet out! The closet was stuffed with coats we had forgotten we even had. It was so full that we never offered to hang guests' coats in there. It really did take some convincing, but once I was able to argue every point he threw my way we now have a welcoming foyer!
